Clean room, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch after a day of exploring, and the location was perfect, just a short drive from Sky Harbor Airport.

The 24-hour coffee station in the lobby was a lifesaver! Our room had a HUGE shower with great pressure, which made our stay super relaxing.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix West, Buckeye offered a wonderfully spacious room with a huge shower that had fantastic pressure. I also loved the very comfortable king bed with soft pillows that made for a cozy night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a treat, featuring a great variety, including delicious cinnamon buns.

I stayed in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds for 4 nights. The beds were super comfortable, and the room felt clean and modern. I loved the pump shampoo and conditioner in the shower—so much better than those tiny bottles! The staff was friendly, especially Brianna and Jose, who really went out of their way to help. My only downside was that it felt a bit pricey, almost $200 a night, but overall, it was a solid stay.

Exceptional Stay with Friendly Service!

During our four-night stay, we found the room impeccably clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. The location near fast food options like McDonald's and Denny's was a bonus. Andee at the front desk made us feel welcome and took excellent care of us and our service dog. Highly recommend!

Family with kids will enjoy the spacious stay

The breakfast was stellar and the lady serving was a gem. I checked out the hot tub, took a day but it warmed up nicely, woulda been awesome if we coulda used it right away, you know?

It wasn't cheap, but for the most part, it was all acceptable.

I loved how clean and bright the hotel felt, really modern vibes. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Brianna. The air conditioning worked great, which is essential in AZ. The blackout shades actually blocked out all the light, helping me sleep in. However, I encountered a couple of issues. The first room smelled bad, but luckily they moved me to a better one. Still, I could hear the busy freeway traffic at night, making it tough to fall asleep. The breakfast was disappointing. the food felt stale and not properly heated. They should work on that for sure.
